Replacements or exchanges are applicable only for products purchased directly from Clo under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all seals or packaging intact.

In addition to meeting the above conditions, customers must provide video proof of the full unboxing of the package as part of the replacement or exchange request process. This proof is required to assess the eligibility for replacement or exchange, at the discretion of Clo.

Please note: Certain products may not be eligible for replacement due to their nature, such as custom or personalized items.

2. Non-Eligible Items

Some items may not be eligible for replacement or exchange, including but not limited to:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.

• Products where the size or fit does not meet personal preferences but are accurate to the size chart provided. Fit variations do not qualify as grounds for replacement or exchange.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, including Priority Shipping or handling charges, are non-refundable unless the return or replacement is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Order Cancellations
